MUDRA MEDITATION AID TO HELP REGULATE
THE RED AND WHITE BLOOD CELLS OF THE BODY AND OPEN THE UPPER TRIANGLE OF CHAKRAS
This meditation protects general health and is can be a useful aid for people with Lupus, Leukemia, Epstein Barr, Infectious Mononucleosis anemia and other disease affecting the blood. The benefit of course it is not limited to these conditions and protects general health. It should not be substituted for medical treatment.
White and red blood cells and platelets make up the balance of blood. The white cells are the infection fighters for the body. Red blood cells carry oxygen throughout the body to nourish tissues and sustain life
This meditation also opens the upper triangle which is the heart chakra the center of compassion, the throat chakra the center of truth, and the third eye chakra the center of awareness. They are the 4th, 5th and 6th chakras.
Chakra 4--Anahata Chakra
The fourth chakra is the heart center. It is located in a direct line from the eyebrows to the nipples and is located at the level of the nipples in the center of the chest.
Chakra 5--Visuddha Chakra - the throat lotus
The fifth chakra is the throat center - It is at the throat area slightly below Adams Apple in the area of the voice box or larnyx.Chakra 6--Ajna Chakra - the third eye
The sixth chakra is located in the middle of the forehead in between the eye browsTIME: 11 minutes a day for 40 days to perfect this meditation
Come sitting straight and tall on a chair on in easy pose - the elbows are straight angels
Keep the elbows straight and at the correct STRAIGHT angels at the elbows. The index and middle finger should be up as straight as possible.
Hold the right arm straight out to the elbow and hold the right hand up with the 1st and 2nd fingers up like a pledge parallel to the right ear. (The index and middle fingers are straight). Bend the other two fingers into the palm of the hand and lock the thumb over them.
Hold the 1st and 2nd fingers of the left hand are touching the center of the chest between the nipples at the heart center. (The first two fingers are also called the Jupiter and Saturn fingers). Bend the other two fingers into the palm of the hand and lock the thumb over them.
Breath slowly in through the nose and move your concentration up to the third eye and as you continue to inhale bring you concentration down to the heart center. Breathe slowly and regularly as you inhale.
Do not wait to exhale but exhale slowly and regularly through the nose. While exhaling mentally see the red and white blood cells come into balance.
Inhale and exhale forcefully 3 times at the end of the mudra meditation
Sit quietly for a few minutes and continue to focus on the red and white blood cells coming into balance.
