Raa Maa Daa Sa Saa Say So Hung Meditation is very ancient.
It is a very healing meditation. It can be done alone at any time
for healing and to find your personal power
This meditation has been traditionally done in-groups for healing and at the full moon. It is also fine to practice alone.
Start doing this mantra for eleven minutes and work up to thirty-one minutes
Directions
Sit in easy cross-legged posture.or the lotus seat.
Use a chair if you can't do the other two.
Keep your elbows close to your sides.
Keep you arms close to the body
Keep your fingers together and pulled down and out.
Close your eyes nine-tenths of the way and look at the nose.
Take full breaths between each repetition of the mantra
(if possible)
Note: If a woman asks for anything worthy at the full moon
and uses this meditation for 31 minutes this mantra frequently
has amazing results.
