EARTHQUAKE MEDITATION

A MEDITATION TO RESET THE ELECTROMAGNETIC FIELD

AFTER AN EARTHQUAKE including Tsunami

 

The eyes are focused on the tip of the nose

Hold the LEFT arm in front of you and parallel to the ground. Hold the LEFT hand cupped over the ear. Gently strike the left hand to the head in time with the beat of the mantra Sa Ta Na Ma.

Stretch the right arm out to the side parallel to the ground. Bend the elbow so that your RIGHT fist is at your ear with the hand like the conch shell. The conch shell represents the great power of creation. Point it forward like a conch shell. The thumb is closed around the fingers.

The mantra is Saa Taa Naa Maa

(the sound file takes a few minutes to load)

 

Chant OUT LOUD until you establish the rhythm.

When you are ready go inside and CHANT SILENTLY

 

Do the meditation for 11 to 31 minutes

Continue to do this meditation for 11 to 31 minutes a day until you feel centered.

The number of days required relates to your magnetic field in relation to the earth.

Mother earth releases stress in the form of an earthquake. We as humanity take on the stress. We take on the stress because we have the technology to release stress within ourselves.

Sat Jiwan Singh says since the earth shifted on its axis as a result of the earthquake all humanity needs this meditation.
