MAHAN GYAN MUDRA

 

This meditation removes Childhood Traumas,

Old Wounds, Fear and Anger. A meditation on Muladhara Chakra - the root chakra.

 

It works on your first chakra.

 

It's practice will help you stay in the moment

 

It should be done three to eleven minutes

 

The spine should be straight on a chair or in

easy pose, half lotus or lotus pose.

 

 

Stretch the arms out straight parallel to the floor, elbows locked

Recommended-Tune in with Ong Namo Guru Dev Namo by chanting it 3 times.

Fold the last two fingers (Sun and Mercury) under the thumbs creating

Mahan Gyan Mudra

 

 Stretch the arms out straight parallel to the floor, elbows locked

Focus your eyes to two and one half finger widths above the nose at the center point between the eyebrows at the Third Eye

Inhale through the teeth with the jaw relaxed

Exhale through the nose

 

No mantra is necessary but it is OK to chant your favorite mantra or continue with Ong Namo Guru Dev Namo.

To end Inhale deeply and hold for 20-30 seconds and repeat
